I have a platform that sells online training. My subscribers already register on Wordpress before having access to my platform. I added the Amelia plugin to it. But amelia still asks for a new recording from subscribers. This is not interesting and causes me concern because for one and the same site, the subscribers required other identifiers and passwords from the subscribers to access the Amelia dashboard. It is important to me that users have a single username and password in order to benefit from all the plugins on my site. All the other plugins on my site do not require new identifiers and are adapted to those registered by WordPress. I wish it were the same for Amelia. I want Amelia not to ask for identification again, once the subscriber has identified himself before having access to my site.
Hello Djiezion,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For the customers in Amelia to have the access to Amelia customer panel and also the WordPress login, they will have to be a customer in Amelia and connected to the WordPress user with the "Amelia customer" role.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
