J'ai une plateforme qui vend des formations en ligne. Mes aboonnées s'enregistrent déjà sur Wordpress avant d'avoir accès à ma plateforme. J'y ais ajouté le plugin Amelia. Mais amelia demande encore un nouvelle enregistrement aux abonnées. Cela n'est pas intéressant et me cause des soucis car pour un seul et même site, les abonnés il exigé aux abonnées d'autres identifiants et mot de passe pour accéder au tableau de bord de Amelia. Il est important pour moi que les utilisateurs aient un seul identifiant et mot de passe afin de bénéficier de tous les plugins de mon site. Tous les autres plugin de mon site ne demandent pas de nouveaux identifiants et sont adaptés à ceux enregistré par WordPress. Je voudrais qu'il en soit de même pour Amelia. Je veux que Amelia ne demande pas encore de s'identifier, une fois que l'abonné s'est préalablement identifié avant d'avoir accès à mon site. Je voudrais que vous me proposez une solution à ce niveau. C'est très important pour moi.

You have option calledAutomatically create Amelia Customer user – If this option is enabled every time a new customer makes an appointment they will automatically get a WordPress user with the Amelia Customer user role and email with login details from WP, and that WP user would be connected to the customer created in Amelia. If someone is already a WordPress user, and they book an appointment for the first time in Amelia while logged in to WP, the customer created in Amelia will be connected to that WP user and they will get the Amelia Customer role in WP (there are plugins for managing multiple roles in WordPress, such as User role editor). This way they will have the same login info for the Amelia customer panel and WordPress.
