Hello, I have a added a custom field for the customers to be able to provide a picture before booking an appointment. I use woocommerce with Amelia so after they finish with the form they are redirected to the woocommerce checkout. The problem is that it takes forever to make the redirect. If the picture is 5-6MB it takes about 30 seconds. What could cause that? and also where are the attachments uploaded?
As for speed we can not do anything about that since Amelia is not a SaaS, but custom fields data are stored in the appointment section. You can find it once you click on edit appointment like this
