You should be able to achieve this with Amelia's events.
You can create as many events as you need and they last as long as you need them.
As for this "During the week, a single event can either service both age groups at the same time, or only serving either age group" - You can create separate events if you wish or you can create it as one event and set different prices for that events like this
As for how it would like on the front we would suggest that you take a look at our demos and you can play around with them so that you can get a better understanding of how Amelia work and looks.
