Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
I was going to create similar ticket and found request was already done 1 year ago.
I found feature on to-do list and added my vote. Unfortunately there are not many votes and I'm afraid another year might go before this is looked up. However this should not to be too difficult to develop but would make a real difference. We receive many calls from clients who don't understand how to modify their appointment, only because this little very bright pencil isn't clear and talkative
Please when you have some question, comments, or suggestions open your own ticket because we do not want to disturb other users since they will get each of your questions and our responses. This is a standard view that that is set and used on vast majority of sites in the world it is almost universal and for that reason we have set it like that also. As for votes that is why we have a list so that we can see the priorities and demand for some feature. If some feature does not have high number of votes and it is not in demand then it will have to wait or possible it will not be implemented. We have to wait and see and hopefully it will have more votes in the future.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open your own separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
The reason I didn't open my own ticket was precisely because my comment was directly related to this ticket.
And for that same reason, I believe it's more useful for everyone that I continue and share my own turn-around that will certainly help tom needham and any other clients annoyed by this situation, while awaiting for this "feature" to be voted.
By adding this css in client page, icon will be a bit larger and added text will make it much more talkative :
is it possible to add text next to this pencil, to make it more clear for when somebody wants to reschedule or cancel?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/
