Hi,
I'm trying to understand how Amelia handles cancellations. From what I can tell, if a booking is part of a package, when it is cancelled it returns to the pool of available bookings (see attachment). This allows the customer to re-book that appointment themselves on the front end.
However, if an appointment is not part of a package, when it gets cancelled, it simply gets marked as "cancelled". There is no way for the customer to re-book this appointment by themselves. It can only be done now from the back-end.
Is this correct or am I missing some functionality here?
Kind regards,
Sebastian
Hello Sebastian,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
That is right, that is how it works at the moment as the canceled appointments cannot be uncanceled by the customer.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
