1. Form the videos in can see that the user must select a service and then a staff member before choosing a date. Is it possible for the user to select the service and date and then to be shown options for staff that meet the first two criteria? - Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Customers must first choose service and employee and then they can choose date and time

2. What is the min/max appointment length increments e.g 1, 5, 15, 30, 60mins…? - Minimum appointment time is 1 minute

3. What is the min/max appointment buffer length increments e.g 1, 5, 15, 30, 60mins…? - Maximum appointment time is 24 hours

4. Can I set a lead time rules for appointments e.g.:
Monday appointments must be booked by 4pm the previous Friday
Tuesday - Friday appointments must be booked by 4pm the previous day. - What you can set in Amelia is for example minimum time before appointment is 24 hours. But Amelia can not count non-working days
