Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hello, I need to know if Amelia can offer me a feature with the schedules.
I have two services of different duration (4 or 6h). I need one that can be selected from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (the 4:00 a.m.) and the 6:00 a.m. from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
From what I see, if the hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., it will allow me to book at 11 p.m., for example, and that cannot be the case in my business.
Can you guide me please?
Hello Isaac,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, this can be set up in Amelia, if you need the exact details, please let me know.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

If I would like you to explain it to me please, I need to have a single employee who offers a service of two different durations (4 and 6 hours). The 4-hour service can be selected from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (morning hours) and 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (afternoon hours) but you cannot select the service at 10:30 a.m., for example (which occurs by default). .
At the same time I need another 6-hour service that modifies the schedule: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
It is possible without making more employees (because there is only one and it must already appear selected, invisible to the user.)
Thank you so much
Hello Isaac,
Unfortunately, this will require the creation of multiple employees as the working hours for different services cannot intertwine. Here is an example.
You could set it up like this:
10 am - 4 pm for one service or both.
4 pm - 8 pm for one service or both.
But, you cannot set it up like this:
10 am - 4pm for one service.
1 pm - 7 pm for the other service.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
