I have a possible client who does mobile oil replacements and other mechanic tasks and I was hoping you could let me know if there is a way we can use Amelia to do the following?

    A) When the customer makes the appointment, they will need to enter their credit card info, but not be charged at that time. This is because 1) they don't charge the customer until the job is finished, and 2) when the mechanic gets to the job they may upsell additional services. For instance if they arrive to do the oil and filter change, but find that the customer desperately needs new brake pads, they can sell them the break pads and add that to the total charge.

    B) The client needs to have this connected to, or integrated with, QuickBooks.

    Hello Josh,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. With Amelia, you can either charge the amount right away or you can set on on-site payments

    2. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. The customer can choose extras before they made a booking. There is on upsell option after that

    3. We do not have integration with QuickBooks unfortunately.

We wish you all the best.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
