I have noticed that sometimes when an appointment gets cancelled and a different customer books an appointment in that time slot, the appointment shows up in the calendar as "group appointment". Then, when you go into the appointment details, the cancelled customer appears as "cancelled" next to the new customer with the active appointment. This only happens sometimes, and not consistently. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
Unfortunately, no. You would need to delete this appointment when it is called or you need to delete this customer from that appointment. The capacity for an appointment is correct but it shows both of them until you delete this one manually.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
