Trying to use the new step-by-step booking form v2 but won't load on the frontend.
V1 works ok.
Site is built using Bricks page builder. Am seeing an error in the console as follows:
stepForm.03e02646.js:4 TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'customizedData') at setup (stepForm.03e02646.js:2393:173972) at Hr (stepForm.03e02646.js:4:656) at UD (stepForm.03e02646.js:4:49883) at CS (stepForm.03e02646.js:4:49668) at R (stepForm.03e02646.js:4:34155) at B (stepForm.03e02646.js:4:34040) at v (stepForm.03e02646.js:4:30637) at zs.ee [as fn] (stepForm.03e02646.js:4:34742) at zs.run (stepForm.03e02646.js:1:6917) at Hr (stepForm.03e02646.js:4:664)
There can be 2 possibilities. Let zs try this first.
The issue could be that you use the old form and the new form on the same page. The old forms use vue2 and the new forms use vue3, and for this reason old and new booking forms cannot be used on the same page for now.
You need to separate them and place them on different pages and purge the cache after that and everything will work as it should. We know it's not an ideal solution, but for now, you have to separate them or use the old forms together on the same page until all the new forms are released.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for your reply. Ok in the meantime it looks like I resolved it. After checking on the Bricks forum many people were saying Amelia works fine for them, I tried disabling a plugin called "Hide My WP Ghost Lite".
Slightly strange; I disabled it, tried Amelia - worked ok. Out of curiosity, re-enabled HMWP, and Amelia has decided to keep working anyway?? I'm thinking maybe HMWP needs to be aware of Amelia when it's activated so it re-writes the new paths including any plugins.
Just thought I would let you know in case it's useful in future or for development etc.

Hi Marko
Thanks for your reply. Ok in the meantime it looks like I resolved it. After checking on the Bricks forum many people were saying Amelia works fine for them, I tried disabling a plugin called "Hide My WP Ghost Lite".
Sorry, it was obvious I should have tried that first but to be honest I completely forgot it was installed.

We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
