I have set various models for notifications on Whatsapp via the Meta site, everything is fine for the "pre-set" notifications while problems arise for the customized ones.
Although the model is approved by Meta and I see it in green in Amelia's notification menu, once I try to connect Amelia's placeholders to the model, the drop-down menu opens but once clicked the list of variables, etc. does not appear.
I wanted to add a demo video but it won't let me attach it
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
okay then I'll wait for this problem to be solved, because otherwise the notifications on whatsapp as far as I'm concerned it makes little sense to keep them if I can't create new personalized notifications.

no it doesn't work, if you select:
- Create new Notification
- Notification Type: Scheduled Notification
it is then not possible to select the Placeholders {{1}}
