Amelia has only a few type of font built in in Amelia.
Amelia loads the default fonts from Google’s servers (Google Fonts). Since this is in conflict with GDPR in some countries, you can use the Custom option in the Fonts section of Amelia/Customize and load the fonts locally.
If you still see polyfill being loaded on some pages, make sure to disable the “Enable usage for older IE browsers” slider in Amelia/Settings.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The font used in the Amelia Event block is not same as per the font in our website. Kindly check the attached screenshots.

I observe that the front-end page to book a service appears OK. (https://www.cnhm.mu/healing-appointment/)
But the front-end page to book an event has an issue (https://www.cnhm.mu/reiki-level-1-course/)
Can you please assist us that the the front end page for the event also loads well.

The fonts setting are as follow:
I tried to set the font to Roboto for "Customize 2.0 for Step by Step", but the issue is still the same.

We went on your site but we do not see any issues. Whatever font we apply that font shows on the front
You need to set and change front per booking form like this
Maybe that was the issue.
As far as we can see every change is applied and everything is working fine.
