A while back you said that the data in the tables IS crawlable by search engines. We have done tests of searching for a part number and none of ours show up but competitors do. Is there something we need to do on our side within your plugin to enable search crawls? Is there a specific schema script you recommend? I have robot.txt set to crawl the page. We really need our parts list searchable. Please advise as soon as possible. Thanks!
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I can see that this is a duplicate ticket, and we already covered this topic in another ticket:
For future reference, please don't open multiple tickets with the same topic, as it wastes your and our time trying to either find a response twice (if, for example, my colleague responded on another ticket already) or inform you that the ticket has been submitted more than once.
We go through tickets in the order in which they are received and/or responded to, so creating multiple tickets will only increase our queue, it will not speed anything up. We try to be as fast as possible, so thank you for your patience.
If you have any questions or concerns about another topic, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help you out.

I am not sure if i understand the question.
Can you elaborate what you mean by "attach a data file from Google Docs"?

If you are asking in general about using Google Spreadsheets in our plugin,
there are two ways how you can use Google Sheets data in our plugin ;
1. Link the table to Google Spreadsheets,
when you modify or add new rows on the source sheet,
the plugin will show those changes within 15 minutes (since there's cache on Google's side). More details here.
Once the table is created, it is no longer linked to the source file, so changing data in the table will not show up in Excel or Google Spreadsheet, and vice-versa.
To modify this table, you can either switch to the Excel-like view,
and then select and copy the range of cells you want to paste from the source file, and paste it in the Excel-like view,
or you can import a new/edited CSV to update the table, as well, in the following ways :

OK. I bought another premium version of the plugin so we can attach a data file from Google Docs. Which version of the Create a Table should I use?

If you wish to avoid Google cache, you can use our cache and auto-update cache feature.
If you need to use private Spreadsheets, you can use the Google Sheets API method. ( more details here-)
- Just to know about editing, this kind of table will not be editable from the plugin side, you can just edit the source sheet.
-
2. Or, If you import the file, the plugin reads the source file and creates a manual table.

-
So, it depends if you need the table to be editable or not, and what you are trying to achieve exactly.
-
If you are asking again about SEO, please refer to my response on your other ticket https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3155794.
As i mentioned there, our support does not include any SEO optimizations,
but we did our best to explain how our tables are crawlable - it is different if you use server-side tables or non server-side.
You can see more details in my response on the other ticket.
Thank you
