I purchased the pro version of Amelia and I think I have understood all the main settings. However, I found an error that I can't solve.
If a customer wants to reschedule an appointment, the system shows already booked and confirmed days and time slots among the available options. The maximum limit of clients per appointment is set to 1. If one chooses an already occupied time slot and tries to proceed, the system gives an error message. How can I solve this issue?
I have another small issue. I would like to update Amelia, but I mistakenly assigned the serial number to my staging site, so now I cannot perform automatic updates. If I delete the license associated with the wrong domain, will I lose all data and appointments?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
The issue you're describing has been resolved in the latest version of Amelia, so once you update it you'll no longer face this issue.
As for the purchase code - you need to either access the staging site and deactivate the license by clicking on the red DEACTIVATE button in Settings/Activation, or access our store and deactivate it through Manage Domains section.
Then, you will be able to enter the purchase code on the live site and update the plugin.
