Hello, I have done a short test on the Additional People functionality on my website and it does not work correctly for me, I have a 6 persons limit for an SPA reservation for the first time I have done a 2 additional persons so with me 3 persons totally for one day and one time slot and then for the same day same timeslot try to reserve just for 2 person but the same time slot is no more available not displayed.. Can U please do a formal test in this way ? Regards

Hello, I have 2 services with the same employee assigned this does not display the date and time calendar correctly, so I change one service and assign another employee and now it's working good..
For me this is an issue we could assign the same employee for several services, in my case I should have one only !!

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hello again you can check all sent email on the dashboard with the WP Mail logging plugin and see what's in all emails and do you own test please choose the Presentation Service and do an appointment approval please .

For this purpose, you need to enable the "Allow booking below minimum capacity" option on the Amelia/Settings/Appointments page.
