The customer must first book the appointment so that it can log in to the customer panel. Then you need to set this up in your notifications so that they can get the link to set a password for their profile
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi, I have been following all the videos and guides for setting up Amelia User Control Panel however I cannot get past the user sign in page.
I have tried:
- Approving the request
- disabling password
- adding %customer_panel_url% to the notification email template
- signing out and using different browser & taking out of maintenance mode
- deleting all appointments and starting again
all options just end back up at the user-sign widget and cannot get past.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.
