I have had 3 customers report the same problem. Two customers were on iPhone 13, and one was on an iPad.
From the wp data table page, they click the button to open the Master-Detail page in a new window (using a template page). The fields in the Master-Detail page are all blank.
With all 3 customers, I chatted with them and had them try the following:

1. I had them open a different page on my site, which used a different wp data table and different master-detail template, and it was also blank. Here is that page: https://domorewithyourdog.com/DogTricks/list-of-all-titles/
2. I had them open a new browser window using incognito browsing (called "private" on iOS).
3. I had them click sever different Master-Detail buttons to make sure it wasn't a caching issue.

UPDATE: I just had another customer report the problem on an iPhone 11.
I am on Master Detail Version 1.3.3 because 1.3.4 would not install for me.
SOLVED (I think): I disabled Litespeed page cache and lazy load image for this page. One customer replied back that it fixed her problem.
