When we select to use the Search panel, it's still confusing how to find a free time slot because even you select a time range to the left click on "Book" and then duration to get view of free slots for that service - I do expect that when I select a time range between 09.00 - 11.00 the search view would present service to book in the time range:
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what the issue is exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of more screenshots?
To the left in the "Search panel" there is a "Time range" - When we add something there like 09:00 - 11:00 we would expect the search to show all available service that has a free time slot of two hours.... But it seem like the time range do nothing - Therefore, the user must click on "Book" on one of there services and thereafter select "Duration" to find an available slot.
So - Either get the Time range to work properly or remove it. The best thing would that the Time rang works and we the suggested results of the view pops up you can click on book to go directly to registering your personal details etc.
Check this one - I have selected a time range from 10.30 - 12.00 - It does not matter - The search show times before 10.30 and the duration is still 15 minutes....
Oh, by the way - The time range should also check when the service is available - There is no point that the user must scroll down from 00.00 by midnight when the service is not available to book until 08.00 o clock in the morning...
In regard of the Search panel - When 2. line get the "Time range" to work properly then it should be affordable for the system to present a view where it can list all services and free time slots directly after the user click "Search" - And from there the user should be able to click at a time slot and continue the booking process directly from there.
This would make the booking process easier and cost effetely compared today where the user must click on "Book" on each service to show free time slots. The correct label on that button should be "View free slots" because the booking process starts in the next step. Now you can skip that annoying step.
Thank you for your advice, we can't promise anything, but we can forward your suggestion to appropriate sector.
As for the issue with the booking form, we just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that we advise you to switch to the new Catalog form, which has search and works a lot better. The current search form will be deleted in the future for several reasons and will not be able to be used. We don't know exactly when yet, but we will announce a few months before so that you can prepare.
If you have any more questions or suggestions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
