In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

. If I create an event with one date and 2 times, the person who books cannot choose the time and the customer is with the person booked on both times. Is it possible to solve this problem?
. Is it possible to receive a notification when a user registers for the event?

1. If I create an event with one date and 2 times, the person who books cannot choose the time and the customer is with the person booked on both times. Is it possible to solve this problem? - When you create one event with several time slots this is all counted as one event that is being held in several different time slots. So since this is one event the customer can not choose a time slot.
If you want to sell that event in several time slots you need to create separate events for each time slot.
2. Yes, of course, you can add an employee that will work on that event. After each booking, employee should receive the notifications that a customer has booked and event.
