Hello,
Sometimes, when a customer books an appointment, the date and time slot that he selected got changed unexpectedly during the confirmation. Real case example: Booked for 10/02 (DD/MM), but Amelia has saved 09/03 on the confirmation.
I've tried to book with 2 different accounts at the same time, same moment, but once I'm trying to click on confirm with the second account, an error displays and block the booking because the slot has already been taken by the first account beforehands. So I think this is not a simultaneous booking problem.
I'm hardly trying to reproduce the issue but note that this happen very often with my customers and I don't know why nor which context exactly we encounter this.
Any clues? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
This is the first time that we hear about such an issue. What we can do is we can test book several appointments on your site and see if we can replicate this. If we can we will find the error.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We went on your site and we have made several bookings and each booking was created on a date and time that we have chosen. We can not replicate the issue and to be honest this is the first time that I'm hearing of this issue. You can see in the screenshots that evrtyhing is working fine
As for maintenance, do not worry we have deleted those appointments from your back end right away. As for Amelia, everything is working fine and we can not replicate the issue.
