The table on this page seems to be a Ninja Table,
and not a wpDataTable?
If you can clarify just to be sure, did you set up both a Ninja table and you wish to add a wpDataTable together on same page?
Can take a look at the back-end,please?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
And please point me to the table ID of the wpDataTable that you are trying to set on the page.
I will check out which shortcode you placed on the page, of course, as well.

We are not able to help if you don't provide us with a front-end page that has a wpDataTable with the issue on it.
Then we can inspect this page and look for errors.
If you wish to save time, here is what you can do.
If i understood how you described it, basically when you log in as Administrator, you can see the table in front-end page(s), right?
But if you visit as incognito user, then the table does not load on front-end? ( I assume the back-end everything is OK).
If that is the case, please open your browser developer console, ( On Chrome it is on F12 key),
and keep your Network Tab open in the console before you proceed,
then load this page in incognito Mode , and check for red color text in errors.
I assume you will see an error 403 ( just guessing from experience).
If so, click in the text of this error, and go to the "Preview" tab. Here is a screenshot that shows an example.
( This example is without an error, but just to see how it looks)
If you get an error 403, and in the "Preview" tab it says "forbidden access", or "Firewall blocked this",
you have to contact your hosting provider support and explain that the table can be seen by logged users,
and it gives error 403 for non logged users,
they should be able to find what is blocking our table Ajax call, and they can fix this for you.
Let me know if that helps.
If you can't find the error, please send me an URL to a page with a table,
and send me temporary Admin credentials, then i can test that for you.
