I have recently purchased the amelia plugin.I have a client where i used it for the first time.
Everything looks fine, seems to be allright. But when a cliënt books with an iphone, the reservation is not coming through.
No notification to the client, no notification to the website owner.
Only with an iphone, an android or computer works well.
This needs to be fixed asap.
Please help!

I just got another mail from the client.
A lot of normal reservations aren't coming through either! This is costing her money.
Hope you know what the problem can be and fix this.
She wants to go to a different plugin, but now i allready paid for yours...
Yes on the front end it looks like everything is fine! We allready know that! But lots of time, the reservation is not send to the client or the owner. You cannot see that in this printscreen ofcourse.
The notifications is where it goes wrong, and not all the time. But it should not go wrong at all. Specific with iphone, but also sometimes with laptop or desktop. We have allready tested it dozen of times, so we know it looks good on the front!
My apologies you sed reservations so we thought that you are talking about the appointment. Now we understand that you are talking about notifications for those appointments.
We have tested your notifications also the last time and with the new booking that we just made to check one again just in case we can see that everything is fine with your notifications also
As soon as we booked both times we got the notifications. As far as we can see everything is working and we can not replicate the issue.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
