Hi,
We have integrated our employees with Outlook however, I would like to be able to add some shortcode to the outlook calendar notification to show the names of any extras that have been booked onto the original service.
Current Event Descriptions read as:
%customer_full_name%
%customer_email%
%service_name%
Many Thanks
Katie
Also if we could report on extras added in the finance section that would be great. Is there a way to do this?
Hello Katie,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. User or appointment details can be displayed in Google/Outlook Calendar. You just need to put placeholders in Event Description filed that you can find in settings/integrations/Google/Outlook Calendar
There you can choose which detail will appear in your Google Calendar.
2. Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best.
Have a nice day.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
