Yes, if your employee, for example, work on 5 services on a regular day you can create a special day and you can set that on that day he only work on service for particular work hours.
One thing YOU must do is to is to save it properly. Notice that there are two save buttons (see attachment). It's very confusing, and I always forget to save first button, and it doesn't get saved. You have to press save on the two different save buttons. Essentially the first save button shouldn't be there in my opinion.

Is there a way to make an employee available for an appointment but unavailable for other types of appointments on a special day ?
I've stumbled upon "special days" but it doesn't seem to work. Is this the right way to do so ?
