We have a languages school and we work with Learndash...Everything ok but our next step was to implement a reservation system for private classes with Amelia. Both for individual face-to-face classes in our academy and virtual online through zoom. Another fact to keep in mind is that we use woocommerce to sell the learndash courses and also the Amelia packages. Our students have access to the learning platform in 2 ways: 1 Buying learndash courses online with woocommerce and 2 Manually entering them in our school and we give them access to the courses.
The first problem appears here, our students have their own space with the courses they are enrolled in, invoices, etc... We thought that in the same space they could have access to learndash courses but also to private class reservations with language teachers. But this does not happen. We have used the shortcode [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1 events=1] but it doesn't work. (Look at the attached image).
We have also tested enabling and disabling 'Automatically create user Amelia Customer' and 'Allow customers to reschedule their own appointments' (IMAGE2 attached but without results... coudl you help us with that?) Thanks for your time!
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. We do not have integrations wit learndash so they can not access it through Amelia. So if you use this two plugins you need to use them sperately. You can use Amelia for booking appointments but anything else that is related to learndash it needs to be set up in there. There is no integration between them and you can not connect them, unfortunately.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
