Hi,
I can't get the Automatically create Amelia Customer user feature to work. The process flow for my website is as follows:
1. New users come to the site. They cannot see certain content unless they register as members (wordpress).
2. They register on the site and get the role "subscriber". Now they can access the Amelia booking page.
3. They book a service through Amelia. Amelia is meant to assign them the "Amelia Customer" role and link their WP user to their Amelia customer profile. This isn't happening.
4. Currently, after booking a service, customers cannot access the customer panel until I go in and manually link their WP and Amelia Customer Profiles. This should be happening automatically.
I have the User Role Editor plugin installed.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Your site is still in maintenance mode
In the meantime please turn off user roles plugins and check if it will work when that is turned off. It could some sort of conflict a role plugins.

We can not find your booking on the front. We can see it in the back
But on the front we cannot find it. When we implement the same URL in to the incognito window so that we can test and check for any errors we get completely other page
This is really strange, we have to ask you to please send us the URL of the page where amelia is located on the front so that we can test. You do not have a lot of pages and we have checked each one but we can not find it.

There's nothing specific you need to configure, it should work out of the box.
