In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
We use the plugins to sell event tickets for one of our clients.
On the backend (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-events#/events) the client can see the amount of people who booked certain events.
Our client just called us because her events list displays the amount as 0/4 for a certain event. Seeing that none booked, she cancelled the event.
In reality it was 2/4, so she got a complaint from one of the people who booked.
How come there is a difference? I just got off the phone with her and checking the eventslist, there were events that showed different booking results to the both of us.
How can I solve this ASAP?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are not sure quite how this is possible. Can you tell us what events are in question and please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
