Please, can you help us to configure a page called: "My Profile" ? our goal is that when employees click on it, they GO DIRECTLY to their profile and not to another display. Like on this picture on attachement.
You need to create that page in your WordPress and then you can place our shortcode for the panels [ameliaemployeepanel appointments=1 events=1] [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1 events=1]
But once they click on it they will first need to enter the data like this
And then they can login. They can not login without entering the data on the page where panel are.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Thank you for your replay :-) . But it does not work :-( . The page opens, but we arrive directly on the Appointments part (see attachment). What I want is that "My Profile" part opens first by default. when we go on the page.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. This is designed in this way to show the appointment and events first. If the customers want to see their profile the must click on mail in panel and then on the profile. What you want to achieve at this time is possible I'm afraid.
