At this time you need to customize the old booking forms 1.0 and to enable global colors option in the upper left corner. Those settings will apply to panels even if you are using new booking forms 2.0.

We are redesigning the customer panels so in the future there will other option but until this is done you need to customize it from the 1.0 booking form.

Please try to set all 3 background colors and then purge the cache like this

If does not help please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
