We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I was suddenly made aware from an employee that she no longer can mark a vacation day in the employee panel. I've tested it and no employee profiles can do this currently.  As the Wordpress site administrator I can still mark vacation days back end, but the settings don't show up front end. I have also tried to exsperiment with all of the settings in the Role settings --> employee. No matter how I configure it nothing changes (see attachments). The employees never get more options to configure their time and tasks than what you see in the snip. Also, when I try to change employee role settings it says "Request failed with status code 403".

We are a seasonal business and haven't had much activity the past few months. During this period we have updated Amelia, but otherwise not made any changes. I have added some snips as attachments - sorry but most of the language is in Danish.

    I hope you can help,

    Anton

    Hello Anton,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Do you maybe have Elementor? If you do, please edit the page where the Employee Panel is, and you should see this:

    4642244594.png

And the shortcode will look something like this:

    7581670324.png

Even if the slider for "Hide Employee Profile" is disabled, a bug between Amelia and Elementor keeps it active. Activate the slider, and deactivate it again, and you should see the shortcode change.

If you don't have Elementor, you can simply edit the shortcode, and remove "profile-hidden=1", so the shortcode is [ameliaemployeepanel] and the profile will be accessible again.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
