hello, i have a problem with outlook calendar employee synchronization
when a customer book an appointment it shows on the employee calendar perfectly but when an employee has a busy and put it in the outlook calendar it does not remove the ability to book
while in google calendar it works perfectly
when an employee add a busy day to the calendar the customer could not book
but when i do the same with outlook customer is still able to book why is that happening
Can you please increase the value of the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Outlook calendar, test it out, and let me know if it works or not?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I would also like to jump in on this. We are experiencing the same issue. This is also recent, as it was working up until the beginning of February. We received a report of sync issues on February 5th.
I see you updated the addon on (24.01.2023) - Version 6.1 (and the previous update you made a change to Outlook, though it looks minor...could it have possibly created this issue?...or is it possible Microsoft has made a change?)
But, so far, we see the same problem (and have done the same things...set import to 999, verified keys and secret). No changes except updates.
I solve it y disconnect outlook from the plugin and signing out then signing in to outlook again and connecting and it works however you have to select the hours if you need to book all day because all day book is still not working but this is not a major issue for us
Realized that the issue we see, the website owner was showing NO Outlook sign in. I think their Outlook keys are wrong, or they cancelled Outlook services.

I was able to connect to our test account fine.
