We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Recently, most users have been complaining that the booking form keeps loading when they are already logged in to their WooCommerce account. This happens on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, but not on Apple Safari.
The booking form will work after they log out of their WooCommerce account.
It looks like the browser can't call the JSON file or JSON file is missing from AJAX. Is this because of bugs in the latest version 6.1? There was no problem before that.
ok, finally all the users having the same issue including the safari browser.
this is the console error message
Hi, Giam
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
-
Can you please send us the URL of this page that shows this error?
And if we understood - this issue happens only when a user is logged in their WooCommerce Account,
and they go to the Amelia booking page?
-
The issue is that the Form does not load on the page, and there's the Console error as from the screenshot?
-
Also, if you can confirm the Admin credentials so that we can check the behaviour compared for Logged users versus non-logged users?
Of course, please make sure to send a PRIVATE reply if you send us Admin credentials and/or any other sensitive data.
Thanks
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi,
I have solved the issue due to the user role restrictions (both amelia customer and customer are crashing together), thanks.
Hi, Giam
I am delighted to hear that this has been resolved. Thank you for letting us know.
Anything else that we could assist with, please don't hesitate to create new tickets.
