Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello, I wish to replace my current filtering table as it does not sort properly (for any column with numbers).

    Can you help?

    Hi, Rick

    Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

    If i understood,

    you would like to make a table similar to this one, but with our plugin, and to have it work with filtering and sorting for numerical values, right?

    You should have no issues with making a table like this in our plugin.

    I would recommend to first check out some basic informations about our Numeric Columns here :

    Float Columns;

    Integer Columns;

    Please also check out our available Advanced Filters here.

    And here you can see how the sorting works in our tables.

    If you use a source data , and you need an existing source file such as Excel, Google Spreadsheet, CSV, JSON and others,

    connected to the table,  just make sure to remove any suffix/prefix for the numeric cells in your source file,

    because our plugin needs to get the pure numeric data from the source,

    then later in our plugin column settings, you can easily add any prefix or suffix you might need.

    We will be here if you need any assistance while doing that, of course,

    and let me know if you have any additional questions.smile.png

    And i just wanted to point out that you can try wpDataTables before purchasing

     on our sandbox Demo sites ( you can find links for the main plugin Demo,

    as well as add-on Demos, in my signature),

    and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period,

    so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period. ( same goes for all plugins and add-ons)

    Kind Regards,
