    Hey, 

    I have amelia for all of my contractors. and WPERP to process my payroll. 

    when i add employees in amelia that works BUT BUT when i then try to add an employee in wperp so i can pay them I CANNOT.

    WPERP says that an employee with the same email cannot be created. the AMELIA employee creates an entry in the "users" section of WP. which prevents the same employee with the same email from being added for paychecks. 

    1. How can this NOT happen? 
    2. Can i pay employees from amelia easily so i only create 1 user in ALL of wordpress?
    3. Do i need to create separate corporate emails for the amelia purposes, and then the employees personal emails for payroll WPERP purposes?

    sigh....


    thanks for any technical clarification and help you can provide.

    Hello Justin,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Each employee must have it own account and mail. Also, we do not have integrations with WPERP and we are not familiar with it. There is no option in Amelia where you can pay your employees directly. You can only link one account on which you will receive payments. And you would need to pay your employee outside Amelia. 

    This is a good suggestion and I will forward it to be reviewed also I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this link https://features.wpamelia.com/

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
