Hello,
I'd like to set up a scheduled notification to send a new client a link to fill out an intake form. Ideally this would be sent out immediately or soon after the Approved notification is sent to the customer, but that kind of option doesn't appear to be possible.
So let's say I setup the notification to go out 1 week before their appointment. If their appointment is 2 weeks away, no problem. But what if their appointment happens to be in 5 days...will the scheduled notification still go out to them? Or will it be ignored, because the timeframe has already passed?
Thank you.
Hello Jason,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, it will be sent, you can set it to 2 or 3 days before the appointment... You don't need a week. But cron will see that there is a notification that did not appear (1 week before) and they will send that custom mail. That's how cron works.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
