Hi,
When my clients reschedule appointments: The new appointment appears correctly in Google Calendar, but the old appointments are not automatically deleted.
regards, Barbara
Hello Barbara.
We can't replicate the issue.
If a customer booked an appointment for February 3rd, then reschedules that appointment through the Customer Panel for February 6th, the event in the employee's Google Calendar is moved, so there are no events on the 3rd, but there is one on the 6th.
Only if the appointment is a group appointment will the event remain saved in the employee's Google Calendar.
Which version of Amelia are you using?
Also, can you please record your screen showing us how we can replicate this issue?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
