I would just like some support. After manually adding an appointment - and during manual adding make the status pending....when I approve the appointment, the sms does'nt go through.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

their advice is to move to a dedicated hosting solution. Then you will be able to simply ask your hosting to make sure that our Amelia SMS server is added to the white listed IP's of that server and this issue should be completely resolved.
I can tell you from previous experience, as mentioned earlier,
we had several users with this exact same issue - where the Amelia SMS was logging them out randomly,
and so far in 100% of the cases, each time the hosting first said "The IP is not blocked",
then the user comes back and says "OK, it is not blocked but can you add it to the whitelist of hosting firewall",
and then the hosting says "it is actually not blocked/black listed, but it is gray listed, now we add it to white list" ,
and then the SMS starts working perfectly and Amelia stays logged in.
So, to be honest, i agree with our 2nd level Team and most probably the solution for you is to simply move to a dedicated hosting solution, so that you can whitelist our Amelia SMS server IP (116.203.87.139)
on the hosting firewall.
