Thank you for your interest in our product, but unfortunately, Amelia is not the most suitable for booking within use-case similar to a hotel industry at this time,
because the plugin cannot be used for multi-day/overnight bookings.
It's currently limited to appointments and services with fixed durations that cannot go over into the next day.
For example, your employee's working hours can be from 00:00 - 24:00 on all days,
but if there's a service that lasts 3 hours, and someone would like to book that service at 23:00, the time slot will not be available, since Amelia can't go into the next day.
This will probably be added at some point in the future, but unfortunately, at this time - what you're looking for to achieve is not possible.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
My apology, but i have to disagree in regards to a back-end fix.
This is not a bug, but it is the current default behaviour of Amelia.
Unfortunately, with the current capabilities and built-in functionalities, for any appointment, it can not go over midnight - because then the date goes over to the next day;
and how the time slot system in Amelia is currently made, is to offer available time slots for each date,
but, only from 00 hours until 24 hours;
so in order to add a feature that could offer overnight bookings for appointments is unfortunately much more complicated than it might seem.
We already had some requests from users to add this option though, and our developers will do their best,
but i can't promise a realistic ETA when it will be possible.

Hello,
We need to book overnight stays from 8:30 pm to 8:30 am, the next day.
We have thoroughly searched and cannot see how to configure this time slot for overnights.
the last daytime ends at 8:00 pm, so we need 30 minutes to get the room ready for overnight.
Thank you

thanks for your answer.
Honestly, this seems like a very simple backend fix.
In the meantime, I am going to find another app for my site and one I can recommend to my FB group.
