I want to know if it is possible to display the information on the place of the event on the Amélia user account because I see the reservations but not the details of the place (screenshot in attachment)
Can you help me with that ?
Also I have another issue, when I display my differents packs in my home page, some title of the packages are cut (screenshot in attachment), where can I ajust there size ?
1. If we understand, you wish to load the Location of the Appointment on the Customer Panel, in the Appointment Details ?
If that is what you need,
we are truly sorry to disappoint you, but with the current plugin capabilities, it is not possible to load the location of the appointment in the Customer Panel.
At this time, the only place where we can see the Location is in the Amelia back-end, when we go to "edit Appointment"
But you can make a suggestion for adding this in the future.
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;
and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
2. We can see that you used the Elementor page builder, to make these containers that hold the booking elements on the page, so it seems that the Elementor is shrinking the width, then some of the Categories that have longer text can not fit properly
Can you edit your page and try to increase the width of the Elementor container which is holding the Amelia Categories, and let us know if that helps?
