I created a page and added the shortcode [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1]. This page asks to enter an email address, the customer gets an email with the link, but the link leads back to the same page instead of a customer panel. What did I do wrong?
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what the issue is exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots? Or a short one-minute video?
I also made an appointment but only got a reservation confirmation, no second mail with the link to the customer panel. Maybe I forgot something but I can't figure out what.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
