Hi, I have a recurring event/booking for a client. This client has daily Alpaca walks that have a max capacity of 10 alpacas per walk. Within each session, I need the option of 3 price bands for Adults, pensioners and children, but this should all come under one calendar booking transaction. How do I achieve this without exceeding the max capacity of 10 for a session. I can't seem to achieve this. Also, I tried adding the price variations as extras, but it can exceed the max capacity of 10 for a booking. I don't really want to go down the road of adding many woocommerce plugins. If I do that, I may as well just add the woocommerce booking plugin; I much prefer the idea of keeping things streamlined with just Amelia and enabling stripe payments within Amelia.

You should be able to achieve this relatively easily. When you create events you have option called maxim allowed spots
Just set that to 10 and that should be it.
