Dear Amelia Staff,
I am enjoying working with Amelia immensely and am almost done setting it up! I have a few questions.
1) When a client is signing up for a package of services, it appears that they can choose different employees for each appointment. Can that be restricted to a single employee?
2) When signing up for a package of services, can the client be forced to sign up at certain intervals (say in one week), versus whenever they want? Our packages involves weekly coaching.
3) Is it possible to set up a system for clients to leave reviews of employees?

Another problem I have noticed is that I have changed the names of the employees to Health Coaches in the Label section settings but that doesn't seem to have changed anything.
Also, I do customers set up an account? It doesn't seem to happen automatically when they book a service or package.

2) When signing up for a package of service - Unfortunately this is also not possible.
3) Is it possible to set up a system for clients to leave reviews of employees? - Not yet but we plan to implement this feature but we do not have an eta at this time.

It doesn't seem to happen automatically when they book a service or package. - When they book for the first time they need to go to customer panel and to set their password. You can send them link in the notifications or they can go to the panel and reset the link and set the password. After that they will be able to log in to the customer panel.
Please when you have several questions or issues, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
