I have recently loaded the Amelia lite and very happy with it. However, the booking form has recently stopped loading the dates available and I cannot find a problem with any of the settings. This had been working well. I am interested in upgrading as I would like to have access to the customer panel so the client can cancel events. Would that be offered with the basic plan at $79 a year? I would be ready to move forward with the upgrade as I want my clients to be able to handle their own cancellations but I want to be sure the booking section is not a problem for me. Thanks for your help
Yes, this option is available with a basic license. And you will a lot more options with full version of Amelia. We do not have any issue in regard of booking. You can check your buffer time, days, off, assigned services, work hours, etc.
Also, you can send us the screenshots so that we can take a closer look if you wish.
