Is it possible to allow the first appointment @ 8:00 in the morning and 14:00 in the afternoon, no matter how long the session is? 
For instance, I don't want clients to book a 2 hours session @ 9:00 because I could not accept an appointment before or after that session.

Let's say service A takes 1 hour and service B takes 2 hours, service C 3,5 hours and my employee (that's me) works from 8 to 12. 

No buffer time after the session; default slot step: 30 min.

If the customer books service B @ 9:30, no other appointment will be possible that morning. At the same time, I want to make it possible to book any of the three services on that same morning but I want to have time left after the last session, not before. That's the reason why I want to take the first appointment @ 8:00. So I can accept 4 services A, 2 services A and 1 service B or a service C and half an hour buffer time after service C.

I need half-hour default slot steps but I want to avoid appointments starting at the half hour, 8:30 for instance.

Most booked service is service C; no problem as the duration is 3.5 hours + 30 minutes buffer

Service B: not so often but should start at the full hour, then I still can add another service B or 2 services A.

BUT: I have very few requests for service A, maybe once or twice a week. So, having a request for service A in the middle of the morning is not great. I would be happy if it is possible to avoid it.

How were these explanations?

I played around with service duration and buffer time and activated "Use service duration for booking a time slot".

It looks like it could work that way.

can I customize the schedule of one single day without affecting the following days (same weekday)?

Let me give you an example:

Usually, on Friday, I only accept a long session from 8:00 to 16:00, no break and no appointment afterwords.

It can happen that on a Friday afternoon at 14:00 I have a private appointment. So I cannot accept a long session as in the working hours, Fridays are set up only for long sessions. But I would like, on that single day, to accept a short session in the morning, and on the following Friday, long sessions again.

Is that possible?

How can I do that:

In the afternoon, I offer a long service and a short service. But I want the short service after the long service and the long service always starting at 2 p.m. And: no short service if the long service has not been booked.
