We do not have any issues with notifications in Amelia. 

An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:

1. Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
2. Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
3. The credentials are not correct.
4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
5. If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.

Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website, and see what's going on.

We are sorry that you feel this way.

1. It would be best if you can describe the issue in more details or to send us a short video. We do not have such issues. Once you save the settings in Amelia they are stored, personally my settings has not changed for several years so we do not have such issue. And this can be a specific issue on your site.

2. This is not the case. We always first try to advise our users on how they can set up and resolve the issue by themself. In case that they can not and if they still have the same issue then we ask for a login.

We have sent you a couple of possible solutions 3 days ago and you did not reply to this ticket and you have not informed us if this is helped or not. So we can not ask for admin access to the back end if you do not inform us if the issue is resolved or not. 

If you still have the issue with notifications you can send us the access to your site and we will gladly take a closer look.

3. We have 15 days refund policy and your license expires in 3.5 months. 

If you want us to take a look at your notifications issue please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

We are sorry that you feel that way and wanted to check the issue (Amelia doesn't have any issue with notifications) but you did not send us the credentials that we have asked for so that we can log in to your site and check the issue

But we respect your decision. Every subscription-based license is set to renew every year, on the date of purchase, unless you unsubscribe through the store. If you unsubscribe, you will not be charged on the next renewal date, and after that date passes, you will still be able to use the plugin (the version you updated to last before the subscription expired), but you won't be able to receive new updates.

We went on your site and we made an appointment 

And we got all of the notifications immediately 

There is no errors in your console and everything is working fine and there is no issues.

As for subscriptions I will need to forward this to out billing team so that they can check and as soon as I get the feedback from them I will contact you on this ticket.
