    When I import a excel document. The dates come out as European Format when they are not in the Document itself. This is when I clear all formatting in excel and just change the column to be a Date column, with default settings.

    If I change in excel the format to have the Month spelled out it imports correctly. But in doing this the Sort doesn't work on the Front end (Still works on the WP backend).

    Hi, Jay

    Thanks for reaching out to us

    -

    If the table works correctly and sorts the data as needed on the back-end,

    but the issue only happens in the front-end, that is quite strange.

    -

    Can you please first check in the back-end plugin's main settings,

    see what is set for the default Date Format,  and make sure that it is set to the correct Format as needed?

    If you match the source data Date format coming from the connected Excel Spreadsheet,

    to be the same as this Date setting in the plugin, it should resolve the issue,

    but let me know if the issue persists after that, and we can check this out remotely for you.

    Thank you

    Kind Regards,

    Milos,

    Here is what we have for the Date format in the backend

    6026530030.png

    We can not change this due to being an international association to be just numbers. As I have stated in the backend I can sort and in fact its the default sort which works just fine, its just the frontend that sorting dates do not work. All other columns can be sorted. Check it out here. I see no HTML or JS errors when I try. https://heliexpo.com/schedule/

    Hi, Jay

    Thank you, i think i can realise the issue now.

    I do notice that if i try to click to sort in any direction on either Date column, it just does not respond at all, while the other columns do respond to sorting.

    Can i please check out the back-end of this table?

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    And if i can also take a look at the database, that would be very useful;

    ( It can be URL with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or access to hosting panel);

    also if you can please send me the source Excel file - i can try to replicate this issue on my Test site as well.

    -  For the Excel file, Ticksy won't let you upload it , so you can either wrap it in a zipped folder, or upload to weTransfer and send me a link, please?

    Kind Regards,
