I'm having exactly the same issue. When a customer cancels in a group appointment the slot is not available but only their status changes to cancelled. It now requires an employee to login and remove this person completely from the appointment to get the slot to become available again.
Asides from that it does not even show in the Wordpress backend appointment overview who was cancelled and who is still attending. You have to edit the appointment to see that. This is very annoying and it will cause group lessons not to be filled to capacity when someone cancels and therefore also a loss of revenue.
Can you please open your own ticket and send us the same short one-minute video of the issue? So that we can take a closer look. So that we can keep this separate and so that we do not disturb Antonio so that he doesn't get each of our replies.
Once the client cancels an appointment, that slot is not automatically available, it only changes the status.
How can I have that space available once the client cancels the appointment?
