We are sorry to disappoint you, but there is currently no way to achieve this with any built-in capabilities of Amelia.

In order to pull informations from Custom Post Types,  you could only do this with custom SQL Queries on the WordPress database,

and Amelia does not have anything like that available for outputting as part of the Custom Fields.

We can only add custom HTML with CSS to Custom Field labels, 

and only to the label, not the option itself;

but that's about it when it comes to customizing the fields like that.

If you have coding skills, you could try to create a custom function or hook, 

but we are not sure if something like that might be possible, to be honest, 

and that does not fall under what our Support might cover.
