Radio button by default work like this everywhere not only in Amelia. But you have custom filed that is called checkbox, once you enable checkbox your customers will be able to to choose several option at the same.

I have created a drop down custom field and a radio button field, and both only give the option to choose one option.
Would there be a way to create a custom field that allows you to choose multiple options? For example
Select the options you want:
a) X
b) X
c)
d)
